Browse current Greybough Approved Pros in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, or send your ZIP and project brief for a Texas Family Quote. A CAPS credential is not a contractor license, and a listed region is not a promise of statewide coverage or grant reimbursement. Approved Pro membership is $99 USD per month on a recurring basis after you choose checkout. Credential review and regional fit apply; membership and directory placement do not guarantee lead volume. Submitting an application does not start membership billing or trigger a charge. Membership is a separate choice after approval.

Apply for credential and regional-fit review for the Texas counties you serve. Membership and directory placement do not guarantee lead volume.
The live directory currently reflects three county footprints: Harris County for Houston, Travis County for Austin, and Dallas County for Dallas. Directory cards come from the typed public API; ZIP routing decides whether a submitted family brief can be sent to one of those active regional rules.
Harris, Travis, and Dallas County are the currently seeded routing regions. If the home is elsewhere in Texas, the ZIP still gives the editor a precise starting point, but the fallback card does not promise a listed contractor or coverage.
Share the project, mobility needs, phone number, and five-digit ZIP. We route the brief to a reviewed, senior-friendly remodeler only when an active Texas county rule and available coverage match. Families never pay for the introduction; the form does not promise a local match, statewide coverage, or that a grant or benefit will reimburse the work.
CAPS training helps a contractor plan for safer homes. License, registration, permit, inspection, and local code decisions still belong with the contractor and the public building department.
Programs may help with the support side. A CAPS pro handles the build conversation. Pair a Texas eligibility path with a ZIP-scoped contractor brief, and confirm that any funding program actually covers the proposed work.

Tell us about the project and your ZIP code — we route the lead to a CAPS-certified senior-friendly remodeler in your area. They pay a flat $100 for the introduction; the family never pays for it. Your Audit Kit is emailed automatically as soon as you submit.
